Are your units Ready for Occupancy? When can we move in? 2017-01-06T01:00:30+00:00

Most of our houses are not yet ready for occupancy. We have a limited number of ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units. If you are interested, just contact us and we’ll update you with our latest inventory.

As long as the house has been constructed and you have fulfilled documentary and payment requirements, you can move-in!

Once you’ve chosen what you want, contact us or any one of our accredited brokers to know which units are available. After which, you will be asked to submit initial documents and pay the reservation fee to secure your future home.

For equity payments, we require post-dated checks (PDCs) payable to Rubysapphire Land Corp. to cover the monthly payments over your chosen term.

For OFWs, you may also opt to deposit your payments at our bank account provided that a copy of the deposit slip is sent to jpgonzales.rubysapphire@gmail.com on the same day.

Yes. There is a move-in fee for the utilities connection, Homeowner’s Association Dues, etc. Fees will depend on the unit you bought.
